Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.

About Us

Project13Three works to reduce recidivism in Tazewell county, VA. We coordinate with local church leaders and lay volunteers to provide pastoral care for those incarcerated in the Tazewell Regional Jail. We also recognize that Substance Use Disorder (SUD) contributes to recidivism in our county, so we partner with Main Street United Methodist Church’s Celebrate Recovery program. During this program we provide for youth and children’s programming that runs parallel to the adult groups. This provides early intervention and support for those affected by SUD and incarceration. Our offices are located in Chapman Hall behind Main Street United Methodist Church in Tazewell, VA.
